Average life expectancy for males. Lifetime of a newborn male if they were subject throughout their lives to the average recorded death rate of a three year period.
The 2010 - 2012 to 2018 - 2020 estimates in this dataset have been updated to include rebased mid-year population estimates from mid-2012 onwards following the 2021 Census in England and Wales, and in Northern Ireland. This replaces the previously published series which used populations based on 2011 Census. |
