Rate of non-domestic burglary per 1,000 people. Police recorded crime data are supplied to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) by the Home Office. Non-domestic burglaries include burglaries to businesses (including hotels and similar accommodation) and also some burglaries of sheds and outhouses where these are not clearly connected to the inhabited property. The rate was calculated using the previous year’s population mid-year estimate. |
